Thanks for showing your interest in our AI Fitness Transformation Challenge (the “Challenge”) conducted by Zing Coach Inc.

Challenge Purpose

The purpose of the Challenge is to help 4 lucky participants to achieve their fitness goals and transform their bodies.

How to Participate in the Challenge

To participate in the Challenge, you will need to apply by filling out the registration form. Further, we will review the registration forms and choose the four finalists who will participate in the Challenge. If you are among the selected ones, we’ll conduct video call interviews with you based on the provided info you shared in the form.

Your data will never be shared or sold to any third parties.

The Challenge is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. You should not use it as a replacement for professional medical advice or treatment.

Your personal data – your rights

In the registration form, we will ask for the following data from you:

First and last name
Gender
Country of residency within the next 6 months
Email address
Age
Weight and height
Profession
Social media links
Motivation for participation
Activity and nutrition habits/restrictions

We will use our best efforts to procure that we store and process your data securely.

Your privacy rights are:

The right to access. You can ask us for a confirmation that we process your personal data with the information related to its processing. You can also ask for a copy of your personal data.
The right to data portability. You can request that we provide you with your personal data in a structured and portable machine-readable format.
The right to correction. You can ask us to correct your personal data if you believe that it might be inaccurate.
The right to erasure. You may ask us to erase your personal data at any time.
The right to withdraw consent to health data processing. You can withdraw your given consent for your health data processing at any time. Since your application for the Challenge depends on your consent, the withdrawal would also mean that you will not further apply for the Challenge.
The right to restrict processing. You can request a restriction of your personal data processing if you contest the accuracy of your personal data. It means that we will stop processing your personal data until we correct the data.

The right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisor. However, if you have concerns about our data protection activities, we would kindly ask you to first contact us at support@zing.coach, and we will do our best to ensure proper handling of your personal data.

Data Retention

We will choose the Challenge participants within 31st of March, 2024. After that, we will contact the chosen participants in respect of their future engagement in the Challenge. As to the rest applicants, we will completely delete your personal data.
