Leg Extension Machine
1. Sit on a leg extension machine and adjust the pad so it rests on your lower leg.
2. Extend one leg at the knee and lift the weight up.
3. Lower the weight back to the starting position under control.
4. Keep your back against the seat and use your quads to perform the lift.
5. Complete a few reps, then switch legs and repeat.
