1. Sit on the machine with your back flat against the pad.
2. Grasp the handles with an overhand grip.
3. Bend your elbows at about 90°, keeping them slightly forward.
4. Press the handles up, fully extending your arms without locking your elbows.
5. Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.
