Row Pulley Machine
1. Sit facing the pulley machine, with the handles set to a low position.
2. Plant your feet with knees slightly bent and grasp the handles with both hands, arms extended.
3. Pull the handles towards your torso, elbows back.
4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak of the movement.
5. Slowly return to the starting position.
