1. Sit down under the bar set at hip height, with your feet out in front of you.
2. Grip the bar with hands at shoulder-width apart, and lift your hips off the ground.
3. Pull your chest up to the bar, achieving a 45° angle between your body and the bar.
4. Slowly lower your body back to the starting position, keeping your core tight.
