1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand by your sides.
2. Engage your core and slowly raise your heels off the ground, coming up onto your toes.
3. Hold the top position briefly, squeezing your calf muscles.
4. Slowly lower your heels back to the ground, return to the starting position, and repeat.
