Correct Form

1. Kneel on the floor with your knees together, feet slightly wider than your hips. 2. Slide your feet apart and spread your calf muscles outward. 3. Sit down gently between your feet, keeping your knees together. 4. Sit up tall with shoulders relaxed and chest open to lengthen your spine.
