Correct Form

1. Sit comfortably with your legs crossed. 2. Raise your left arm over your head. 3. Bring the palm to your right ear. 4. Gently pull your head to your left shoulder. 5. Hold this position, feeling a gentle stretch on the outside of your neck.

Common Mistake

Don't pull too forcefully, apply only light pressure with your hand.

1. Visualize the tension in your neck melting away with each breath. 2. Be fully present during the stretch, observing each sensation.
