Correct Form

1. Sit comfortably with your back straight.
2. Place your fingertips on your shoulders.
3. Slowly circle your shoulders forward, maintaining the bend in your elbows.
4. Do a few reps, then reverse the direction.

Try not to lift your shoulders towards your ears. Keep them relaxed and down.
