1. Begin in a high plank position with your hands placed directly under your shoulders.
2. Rotate your torso and lift your right arm to the ceiling, shifting into a side plank.
3. Hold the 'T' position briefly, your arms forming a line perpendicular to the floor.
4. Return to the high plank position with control and repeat on the left side.
Common Mistake
Don't drop your hips as you rotate; engage your core to keep them lifted.
Pro Tips
1. Look up towards your extended hand.
2. Keep your shoulders directly over your wrists as you rotate.
